A brief call with an AOLA team member to confirm your specialty, location/shift preferences, start window, compensation priorities, and relocation needs. We’ll also flag the best roles to target first.

Step 3 — Profile polish & matching
We finalize your profile and start matching you with direct-hire U.S. hospital roles aligned to your preferences.

 

Step 4 — Interview scheduling
We coordinate interview times, share prep materials, and confirm logistics with you and the employer.

Screening call prep (optional but helpful)

Have these handy for a smooth call:

  • Top two specialties/units and acceptable shift(s)

  • Location preferences and any no-go areas

  • Earliest start date / notice period

  • Compensation priorities (base vs differential vs relocation)

  • Any visa/relocation considerations (dependents, timing)

  • If you haven’t, Please send your most recent resume/CV

Fast resume checklist:

  • Clear contact info (email, WhatsApp), current city/country

  • Each role with month/year and unit/specialty

  • Bullets with measurable results (ratios, volumes, outcomes)

  • Certifications with expiry (BLS/ACLS/PALS/others)
