We finalize your profile and start matching you with direct-hire U.S. hospital roles aligned to your preferences.

Step 4 — Interview scheduling
We coordinate interview times, share prep materials, and confirm logistics with you and the employer.

Yes. We’ll continue matching you with opportunities aligned to your preferences.

What if my English score or license is close to expiring?

Tell us the dates; we’ll advise whether to proceed or renew to keep offers moving.
