1. Do I have to pay to apply with AOLA Healthcare?
No. There is no cost to submit an application or to be considered for placement through AOLA Healthcare.
2. What services come with additional fees?
While our recruitment and placement services are free for AOLA nurses, we offer mentorship at an additional cost for those who need extra support. These may include:
- NCLEX review preparation
- English proficiency coaching (IELTS/TOEFL)
- VisaScreen application assistance
- Document courier or credentialing services among others

3. How do I pay for optional services?
Payments can be made securely via our website using:
- Credit/debit card
- PayPal or Stripe
- Square box
- Direct invoice (for larger services or bundled packages)
You will receive a confirmation email and receipt after every transaction.
4. Do I have to pay for the EB-3 visa process?
No. If you are placed by AOLA Healthcare and sign our sponsorship agreement, we will cover the costs related to your EB-3 visa petition and processing. However, you may be responsible for:
- English language testing fees (IELTS/TOEFL)
- Credentialing and licensing exams (e.g., NCLEX, VisaScreen)
- Personal costs related to relocation (e.g., passport renewal, luggage, personal items)
5. Can I request a payment plan for services?
Yes. For eligible nurses using our mentorship services, we may offer installment payment options on a case-by-case basis. Please contact billing@aola.india-explore.in for more information.
6. Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. Invoices are emailed to you upon purchase or registration for paid services. You may also request a copy by emailing billing@aola.india-explore.in.
7. Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Refunds may be granted for unused services or in cases of processing errors. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@aola.india-explore.in within 14 days of payment. A 5% processing fee may apply.
8. I need help understanding a charge. Who do I contact?
