Your Voice Moves Nurses Forward

Administrative Supervisor
Fega was the kind of leader who made a lasting impact. She created an environment where people felt very supported and motivated to do their best. She listened to everything we had to say, and was always involved. During the time I worked with her, I grew in my role and gained confidence in myself. What stood out to me was the way she showed up for us with consistency and care, making it easy to trust her guidance and follow her lead. I’m grateful for the opportunity to have worked with her, and I know anyone who does will quickly see the difference she brings.

I love how organized Fega is, she ensures that there are little to no hiccups when getting a job done(some things are just out of our control). She also provides feedback and is open to receiving it! I have had the pleasure of working with her on a regional level and she is a force to be reckoned with! Fega gets it done and makes it fun! She will get very far with her wit and charm. I truly enjoyed our time together!

Fega was my hiring administrative nurse manager at _____. She met me as a new nurse, full of potential to be an impactful member of the team on our unit. She encouraged me to be engaged through Professional Governance as a unit based council chairperson, a role I still currently serve today. She saw something in me that I did not initially see in myself, at first. With guidance, patience, and encouragement, she planted the seeds of leadership in me. And now, with some sunshine and rain, growth still continues. I appreciate her and her impact in my professional roles very much. Her foresight, years ago, is yet still a reality today. Although she has relocated, she continues to be a mentor to me as I advance my education and skill set. I appreciate her mentorship and encouragement on my journey . I hope to one day mentor other nurses, as Fega has mentored me in my career.

I joined AOLA’s mentorship because I felt stuck and didn’t know where to start with NCLEX and English testing. Fega mapped out a realistic study plan, helped me choose the correct tests to take and set weekly check-ins so I didn’t lose momentum. We organized my CGFNS and Board of Nursing steps, and she edited my U.S.-style resume with concrete feedback. She even assisted me with applying for the NCLEX and for my license. I finally have clarity on timelines, what to do first, and how to stay consistent. I feel prepared, not just for the exams, but for real employer conversations. Very grateful!

Fega and the AOLA team gave me a clear, step-by-step plan for NCLEX and IELTS. I feel more ready for the next steps now. I was able to pay using a payment plan because I didn't have the full amount. I am grateful for the support. I am considering signing up for the platinum pathway so that I can have more support because I still have questions. I will be back soon hopefully.

Fega is a true go-getter who approaches every task with focus and determination. She is not only hardworking but also diligent in ensuring that her work is completed with excellence and attention to detail. Throughout my time working with her, she consistently proved to be reliable, dependable, and someone who could always be counted on to follow through.
Beyond her strong work ethic, Fega carries herself as an upstanding colleague who contributes positively to the team environment. She brings both professionalism and a collaborative spirit, making it a genuine pleasure to work alongside her.

Aola healthcare mentorship program helps with Credentialing and Documentation because as Foreign-trained nurses, we often face challenges with document verification which includes transcript requests, license validation, etc Aola healthcare ensured that these documents were handed in on time which made the process a whole lot easier
They also helped with interview preparations, and how to communicate fluently during said interviews.
There were check-ins to respond to challenges I might have, also receiving encouragement, and celebrating small wins like completing documentation or passing the jurisprudence exams
The mentorship program also assisted in providing NCLEX study guides and practice questions that will aid in preparation for the exams.
